The GovSense Code Enforcement module simplifies the resolution of municipal code violations for both Code Enforcement officers as well as constituents.
GovSense enables constituents to report violations on the web and allows for an expedited process for the Code Enforcement officers to inspect the violation and submit the appropriate action – warnings, fines, etc.
While Code Enforcement is an afterthought in most systems, we view Code Enforcement as an important piece of the puzzle for a streamlined jurisdiction.
Our easy-to-use dashboard allows users to manage violations and complaints. Users can generate configurable and dynamic letters through mail merge with a WYSIWYG interface for document creation.
By integrating GovSense to your email platform, any emails users receive about a particular case are automatically attached to the record in GovSense.
The calendar function allows users to manage hearing dates, times and location. The location will also connect with other modules in GovSense displaying other plan cases that have been attached to that location. Users will receive real-time alerts on cases and these can be adjusted according to each case. For example, if it’s been 7 days since the warning was issued and the homeowner has yet to resolve their issue, the GovSense user will be notified of what action they need to take next in the workflow.
With GovSense, constituents will see resolution in minutes, not months with the streamlined process of the system’s ability to take in complaints and process them through the workflow.
